User Accounts and Responsibilities

Account Creation

To use GridIQ, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use GridIQ only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized persons

Data and Privacy

Service Availability and Limitations

We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily interrupts service. We will provide reasonable advance notice of planned maintenance when possible.

Service Modifications

Billing and Payments

GridIQ operates on a subscription-based model. By subscribing to our Service, you agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan.

  • Free Trial: We may offer a free trial period. No payment is required during the trial.
  • Billing Cycle: Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to our refund policy.

Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT: GridIQ's liability to you for any damages arising from or related to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you have paid to GridIQ in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

In no event shall GridIQ be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Termination

Either party may terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

  • Your right to access and use the Service will cease immediately
  • You will have 30 days to export your data from the platform
  • We may delete your data after the 30-day export period
  • All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination will remain in effect
